Who We Are.

Foresters Equity Services, Inc. ("FESCO") is a mutual fund broker-dealer and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Foresters, an international Fraternal Benefit Society headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Foresters currently has over 750,000 members and assets in excess of $5 Billion. In order to offer its members the additional benefit of mutual fund investing, Foresters created FESCO in 1986.

As a nation-wide independent broker/dealer licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Foresters Equity Services, Inc. is a member of both the FINRA and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Offering investment products in forty eight states and the District of Columbia, FESCO currently maintains:

  • Over $475 million in assets under management
  • More than 60 selling agreements with investment companies including mutual fund, variable annuity, and variable universal life providers
  • Over 200 registered representatives across the US
  • Through our affiliation with Foresters Sales Corporation, FESCO distributes its products and services in 23 regional offices in 12 states

Mutual fund investing with FESCO is open to Foresters members as well as the general public. FESCO has selling agreements with over 60 mutual fund companies, many of which you may be familiar with. Such as:

Our clients and Financial Representatives can choose from more than twenty companies providing a range of Variable Annuity and Variable Universal Life Products. These products are offered though Foresters Equity Services and Sylvan Corporation, our insurance entity.

FESCO's home office and administrative staff are located in San Diego, California while our Financial Representatives and regional offices are located throughout the United States.
